This is a spacious one bedroom apartment situated in the exclusive Le Lido, Cros de Cagnes, Cagnes Sur Mer. This Holiday Apartment has 52m2 of internal living space together with a large 20m2 south facing balcony which is accessible from the Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom. It is located on the first floor of Le San Marco at Le Lido, Cros de Cagnes, Cagnes Sur Mer with lift access from the Ground Floor and the underground secure Parking Space reserved for the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning which operates during the Summer months and hot air heating during the Winter months. There is direct access to the beach via a private passage which leads out to the port at Cros de Cagnes.

The apartment is situated in Le Lido's landscaped gardens which are meticulously cared for all year. The apartment has access to an outdoor unheated swimming pool which is large enough to be enjoyed by serious swimmers as well as those who prefer just a quick plunge to escape the heat of the Mediterranean Sun. The pool has sun loungers provided for those sun worshippers! The pool is child friendly. Access to the pool is controlled by a blue fob which you will be provided with on arrival at Le Lido apartment. |

The Le Lido apartment has a fantastic large south facing Balcony which overlooks the pool and the grounds of Le Lido. The balcony is one of the largest in Le San Marco and is equipped with a modern stone dining table and six chairs providing the perfect environment for alfresco dining. There is also a gas barbecue so that the chef doesn't have to miss out on the fun! There are two very comfortable sun loungers for when sun bathing on the beach or by the pool is just too much! |

The Lounge area in Le Lido apartment has two large sofas providing comfortable seating for up to six people around the widescreen TV with Satellite TV, DVD and Bluray Disk players connected. There is a small library of DVDs and Bluray Disks which are available for use. There is also a full Hi-Fi unit with Radio and CD Player. The Sofas can be used to provide two extra full double beds and the room has a fitted wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. There is direct access on to the balcony. |

There is a wireless broadband link (Wi-Fi) which can be used
all around the apartment including the balcony very useful
if you need to do a little work or if you want to access

The fully fitted Kitchen includes a full oven, induction hob and microwave. There is also a large fridge with a freezer above. In fact our aim is to ensure that you have all the equipment necessary to produce a gourmet meal. Afterwards the Kitchen also has a integrated dishwasher to help you clear up and an integrated washing machine. Why go on holiday and settle for less than you have at home? |

The Master Bedroom is furnished to provide a very relaxed environment. There is an extra large bed and a large fitted wardrobe and a dressing area with mirrors. There are sliding patio doors which take you directly out on to the balcony. |

The main Bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over. There is marble topped vanity unit which houses a wash basin with a large mirror above and there is an electric heated towel rail. There is a separate WC which houses the toilet and a Wash basin useful when someone is having a long soak in the bath! |
