There is always something going on in Cagnes Sur Mer with a lot of events centred on the beach at Cros de Cagnes. We can't cover all the events here but have included the main ones including some events from neighbouring Nice, Antibes, Cannes and Monaco.

TBC  2012	Fete de l'Olivier  Cros de Cagnes The Fete de l'Olivier includes a demonstration by chefs who will prepare a gourmet lunch under the marquee from 1pm to 3pm (Payment/Reservation required for lunch), a regional market with the sale of local products, traditional entertainment and guided tours of the Musée de l'Olivier, of the Renoir Museum and its olive grove. 1st May 2011	Fete de Mais held up in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes.
26th - 29th May 2011 24th - 27th May 2012	Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix The Monaco Grand Prix runs on the Circuit de Monaco. This circuit consists of narrow streets, which climb, descend and require utmost driver accuracyl. The race here is 78 laps on a course that is 3.340 kilometers or 2.075 miles in length. The race distance is 260.520 kilometers (roughly 157 miles). The circuit includes the city streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine.	http://www.acm.mc
11th - 22nd May 2011 10th - 21st May 2012	Cannes Film Festival The Cannes Film Festival is one of the most renowned film festivals in the world. Each year a selection of the finest filmmakers from the international scene judge entries from across the globe. Hollywood often choose to screen blockbuster films on opening night too and the small town on the Cote d'Azur hosts the biggest celebrities and their famous after-parties. 2nd-3rd July 2011	Fete de la Saint-Pierre Cagnes Sur Mer- The Fete de la Saint-Pierre (the saint of fishermen) is an important celebration for Cros de Cagnes. 14th - 24th July 2011	Jazz at Juan-les-Pins Juan les Pins is the town which welcomed the first European Jazz Festival in 1960 titled Jazz at Juan les Pins! 	Joutes Provencal - Port Cros de Cagnes Joutes Provencal happens down at the port in Cros de Cagnes, it is a battle between two boats.

12th November 2011 10th November 2012	Fête de la Châtaigne - Cagnes Sur Mer held in the centre of Cagnes Sur Mer. Lots of different forms of Chestnut are avalable to purchase as well as samples of chestnuts and wine to taste. There is also a  procession of animals. The days starts at around 10am until about 6pm. Markets 

Clothes Market Everyday except Saturday, Sunday and Monday  A market with clothes, shoes, and jewellery. On Wednesdays at Parking de la Vilette, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Ave des Oliviers at Cros-de-Cagnes, and on Fridays at the Hippodrome. From 8:00-12:30.

Fish Market Everyday except Monday. A fresh fish market with a range of Mediterranean fish, taking place at the Port in Cros-de-Cagnes, from 7:30-13:00.
